Good Morning Friends! Welcome to Sunday, September 2nd. Goodbye Summer (hopefully), and hello Fall (please)!
We love living in California. Patti has lived here all her life, and for me, it’s been about almost 15 years, although I traveled here quite a bit back in my days when I was working.
Of course, we get asked the same questions you probably do, when is California going to fall into the ocean? Aren’t you afraid of earthquakes? How can you live with earthquakes and fires all around you?
Heck, I lived with hurricanes, tornadoes, and blizzards so I think I can handle this and most California’s I talk to agree with me.
The reason for this little trip down memory lane is that a few stories posted this week cover topics like smoke from the fires affecting health, the sinking of Central Valley and is California Livable, we posted them below.
We also found some excellent stuff on Cuban Food in California as well as a train trip through Napa Valley.
Then there’s a story about the move to ban fishing nets that are miles long and cause the deaths of whales, sharks, dolphins, and others that I hope many take time to check out?
But , wait there’s more…
  • Central Cal is sinking
  • Palos Verdes is a hidden gem
  • California still livable?
  • California passes strong net neutrality
  • and more
Kick back, grab a coffee, tea, or whatever floats your boat, and enjoy the read today!
Be Well and Have a Great Week!
