Good Day everyone and welcome to your Sunday edition of It’s All Mishegoss.
We’re starting our new publication schedule this week so we wanted to remind you that this is it till next Sunday! That’s right one newsletter a week. We’re not sure if this is good or bad, but we’ll try it for a few weeks and then we will reach out to you to get your opinion at that point.
We thought we would use this area to write about our posts today. We were going to write a summary with the post, but we’re trying this idea first. Let us know what you think by clicking on the thumbs up or down. You can also leave a comment if you like when you do that.
To get into the Halloween spirit and also since we like food we wanted to share with you the best haunted restaurants in the US. Mark has been to four of the restaurants (2 in MA, 1 in NY, and 1 in RI), which by the way there are 13. Imagine that. While Mark has never seen a ghost or had to share a meal with one he has heard stories from other guests and workers of the ghosts that inhabit these four restaurants. Makes for an entertaining meal we would presume.
As for the other nine, we’ll leave it up to you to visit and see if your ghost will pay the bill. We don’t know if the ghosts are friendly or not, but if you do meet a ghost, please let us know so we can tell others.
Our next article is all about hiking, health, and not being prepared. It seems more people are hiking, but when they get to their location and they are not adequately prepared for what they may encounter. They go out without the correct clothing in the event of freak storms or other issues. They don’t have enough water and or food for their trip and they don’t even bring the basic first aid stuff they may need. Amazing.
Today’s article gives you a little more insight into this hiking craze and the precautions you should be taking. If you love hiking, please check out this post.
Wild fires have been devastating California and other areas and even in Europe there have been fires of epic proportions. Take Portugal for example over 5% of the country has burned. We’re not talking about one area of Portugal either. We’re talking the entire country. Not even California or the US can come close. With the devastation going on global warming is the topic of discussion. What’s your take on this.
Finally filed under It’s All Mishegoss, the plague is back and its causing major deaths in Madagascar. This is as real as it gets. We’ll let you read the article for all the details.
Thanks for hanging in there with us as we revamp things. We’ll get this down as we keep growing, promise.
See you next week.
Ciao,
Mark & Patti
